It is a sustainable project developed from a renovated factory warehouse. The interiors are made with 100% local materials and recycled wood from old houses, reclaimed bricks and walls stacked with vintage suitcase – made in shanghai, of course. The hotel is also china’s first carbon-neutral hotel –the carbon footprint of our operations and hence of our guests is completely offset.
