Our programs are designed for students and graduates who want to experience living in an Asian culture and building professional experience in the largest emerging market in the world.

Applicants for this program are focused on experiencing life in Asia and learning about a specific professional field.
Basic Information And Conditions
People eligible for our internships are university students and graduates up to 30 years of age. They should be a person who is open to new experiences and a sincere interest in learning about Asian culture. China is very different from most home countries so interns must be adventurous and adaptable and most importantly open minded. Recommended interests and professional background should be in business or technical science.
Interns will work in an international environment but with a strong Chinese focus and a predominantly local Chinese work culture. Our positions are in both- foreign-owned companies or Chinese-owned companies that are based in Shanghai and registered within any foreign chamber of commerce.
Shanghai is the economic epicenter that offers interns a ‘real China experience’ in the most international city on the mainland. As a result it is the best city of choice for experiencing the entrepreneurial dynamism of China.
We focus on small to medium sized firms because we believe they offer interns more opportunities to learn from a variety of responsibilities and tasks. At the same time, some of our positions are also with multinational Fortune 500 companies.
Internships are paid and unpaid. Some countries offer possibility of scholarship to the student. If your country doesn’t offer this option then we try to find positions with which will partially cover costs.
The employer usually offers 50-100 RMB/day or commission (if sales position) which is competitive with most local salaries. Remuneration is usually given in cash although some companies will pay for rent or expenses once they have received receipts. Internships with duration up to 3 months are unpaid.
